I met Ximena while searching for an apartment in Toronto. She was the listing agent for one of the units I viewed. From our very first interaction, everything felt smooth, genuine, and relational. Although the apartment was quite small and ultimately not the right fit, she still took the time to offer her contact information and encouraged my husband and I to reach out if we ever needed help in our search. That small act of kindness left a lasting impression. Ximena also gently introduced the idea of buying a home. At the time, I explained that it wasn't feasible due to my husband's recent migration and our current circumstances. Despite that, we parted ways on good terms, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and warm demeanor. A couple of weeks later, I was unsure about a different apartment I found and suspected it might be a scam. I reached out to Ximena, and even though she had no obligation to help, she kindly offered her advice free of charge and reassured me that everything checked out. That experience only deepened my trust in her. Fast forward a few months into our apartment lease—we decided we wanted to find a house by August. Even though we were uncertain about where we wanted to settle, Ximena patiently walked us through the process with expertise and compassion. We went through three bidding rounds and were denied each time. Still, she continued to reassure us that we were getting closer. And she was right. On our next bid, we got the house.
