We were moving from 4 hours away in Bruce County back to Tecumseh and used zac as our agent to purchase. This process tool about a year and we looked at most 10 different places. We ended up buying a house with an ideal location and credit where it's due Zac helped due that. But after the offer was accepted we started to get very slow response time from Zac in both call/text. During the title check it was found out that the tenants were tenants in common and paperwork needed to be updated. The lawyers had to coach Zac on why it mattered to the agreement a patty was omitted. A week before move in we lost all contact with Zac. Turns out he left for a wedding a didn't inform us, a coworker to cover a job or the sellers agent. So the sellers agent was trying to call for key turn over and wasn't getting through to anyone. I had to call his coworker and tell him to.contact the sellers agent to make sure he knows zac is away. The sellers are still working on clearing their house out. A week before this move we were trying to get a hold of Zac to check in on the property and make sure they were ready. Ghosted. Really not happy. This move has been very messy due to a variety of factors like the sellers having poor time management. However, it's hard for me not to start to direct a lot of that back to Zac for his unresponsiveness. - Ryan Dmytrow
