Terrible. Rude, Unprofessional, and immature. Does not reply to emails, and acts like a child when he does. Commits many illegal acts to his tenants including turning off their heat, warm water, and internet during exam season, as well as threatening to sue tenants for the most trivial things - Raj

Of the many times I tried to reach Zain, whether over the phone or by email, he was unavailable. Zain did not rush to fix any of the problems with the property, and was unresponsive to numerous voiced concerns. Zain did not attempt to provide solutions for these problems and left it to the tenants to figure it out by themselves - Anonymous
Reddit: 'My boyfriend rented from him a few years ago and he didn't provide a key to his room the entire year (after multiple emails we just gave up). Bf had to just never lock his door. At the end of the term he stole $50 from the security deposit (which is illegal fyi) and refused to respond to emails.' - Saul K
