Andy helped us sell our condo in Liberty Village during a very challenging condo market. There were many competing listings, including a very similar unit in the same building that had been listed before ours, but Andy stayed focused on the right pricing, marketing, and negotiation strategy. Found the buyer quicker than competing listings and arranged a quick closing. - Vincent
