Erin was the best real estate agent I could have asked for. I really felt she was concerned about finding a house that would 100% meet my needs and expectations. No pressure or rush the find the right one. She was always very responsive and patiently answered all the many questions I had. She really understands the market and provided all the information I needed in order to make my decision. I would definitely do business with her again. - Ana Gabriela Lopes

We have worked with Erin Hayes twice in the last five years and have found her expertise and integrity to be second to none. We have recommended her to our friends and family who have moved to Burlington and other cities within Halton. Our buying and selling experiences with Erin were made so much easier and less stressful because of her vast knowledge of the local market and her true care for us as a family. - Mark M

An absolutely wonderful agent! Erin was responsive (even at late hours) and available to answer all our questions and concerns that arose during the process of listing our home. She was extremely knowledgeable, and did her research thoroughly, communicating with us regularly. She gave us excellent advice and assistance with staging our home, but in a way that was simple, easy and most importantly fun (her style and ideas had us thinking “why didn’t we do that sooner! That looks amazing!”). Selling a home can be quite stressful, as there are so many emotions that come into play, but Erin recognized that while we decided to move to find more space, our current property was our HOME, and she treated it as such, she knew the emotional attachment and the memories associated with living there and was professional but always understanding and empathetic with the idea of moving on and moving forward. Our home sold quicker than we ever imagined and for above asking. She was professional and explained everything during the negotiation process, which reduced our stress and worry. I cannot express how important it was to us to find someone like Erin to help us through this process! I rave and recommend her to all my family and friends. - Rebecca Carmichael

Erin was a critical part of our buying process. When we started looking we were not familiar with Burlington. She listened to our needs and took us on neighbourhood tours that equipped us with the knowledge we needed and also helped us understand the character of each area. She continued to be fact driven and data oriented throughout the process which gave us a lot of confidence in our buying decision. We have been in our new home for a few months now and could not be more happy with the property or the neighbourhood! - Tanya Mahbubani

Erin takes every aspect of her job seriously, but has fun while doing it. She offers full staging for FREE and knows all the ins and outs of Burlington. We learned so much from her on this journey and couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. - Eric
