Wow. Wow. Wow. I have so many great things to say about using Matt as my agent for purchasing my first property. First, he listened to every word of my personal strategy and financial plan for making this purchase—adding in his own insight and wisdom based on his vast experience in the industry. Then visiting properties was an absolute hoot! We talked about things from all angles, weighed the pros and cons, and made an adventure out of every showing. (My mom tagged along on a few showings and Matt's enthusiasm has her considering a career in real estate.)
