Mathew worked previously to find us our house that we wanted. I was in a special unique place. We live in a townhouse and I need a rancher just to get around because my hip and my back were too bad to climb stairs. Mathhew was amazing companion while searching our dream home, first one in Canada. He made sure that we get our requirements met with the search than pushing to buy something which he could sell quickly. He had lot of enventory, and out of that he will do his thorough homework and will provide only those which he knows will be suitable for us most of them we really liked and visited. I think it took a while as we started almost at fall, but he made sure we get a good value for money home. Most of the time he called us before the propery was available to the wider audience so we get the upper hand.
