Home Purchase in Nanaimo | May 2026
As first time homebuyers, we wanted a realtor who was both knowledgeable and personable. Stephen delivered on both counts. He took the time to get to know us and really understand what we wanted. Thanks to his previous experience as a realtor and in home remediation, Stephen has relevant insight into what adds value to a home and what to watch out for. Not only did he support us in finding a home, he coached us in many aspects of home ownership. The home we ended up buying was a listing that Stephen recommended – and it is a perfect fit for us. We are so glad Stephen was our realtor. - Michael Unger

Stephen Schaff is a superb realtor and a very nice person. He is patient. He is very knowledgeable and worked hard to find the unique home for me. I feel that Stephen has become a family friend. - Blue
Stephen was supportive throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond, crawling under small crawlspaces, sending us video showings when we were not in town, etc. He is punctual, dependable, patient (we certainly tested him,ha), and most importantly, we trusted him to guide us in purchasing our home. When it came to a final offer, he got us the best deal possible. Stephen was not only our real estate agent; we now consider him a friend. - Paul & Karen
