I have known Adam for almost a decade. He has always been very responsive to any questions. When the time came to buy, we contacted Michela Pagliarello who helped us work through our options. We thought we would buy a re sale property, but with Covid and the out-bidding reality we ended up going with new construction. She did so much homework for us.
