Ahmad was professional and quick to respond. I was working on an important exam in my career and he was understanding of my busy schedule. He had a lot of resources and even during the crazy bidding wars during covid he was able to help me purchase a house that wasn't even listed yet. He would never pressure you to overbid but had great knowledge of whether a bid is worth it or not. There were two things that stood out the most to us when working with him. He worked hard to make himself always available - in real estate, when things move so quickly, Ahmad was on top of everything. Quick, responsive, would sometimes even get to show us the place the same day, within hours of discussing it. The other thing we really appreciated about Ahmad was that he was never pushy. I can’t simply say Ahmad did a good job, because he did much more than just a good job. Even saying he did an amazing job would be an understatement. Being a first time home buyer, I had very little knowledge of the process and had my fair share of concerns. Ahmad made what felt like running a marathon into what felt like a nice afternoon stroll. From things I needed to do to things I needed to prepare, Ahmad was there to guide me through the whole process. He was readily available, morning and night, to answer any of my questions in a very friendly and professional manner. He was constantly on the lookout for any houses that matched my criteria and was going through all the fine details and nitty gritty as if he were to buy it himself. He had my back covered with the best of intentions for sure! And when I say he’s there for the whole process, I mean he’s there for THE WHOLE PROCESS. He introduced me to mortgage brokers who gave me amazing rates that bested ones I reached out to on my own, he showed me listing online and in person, he spent his time finding comparative homes to give me an idea of appropriate pricing (which eventually helped me win my bidding by only $1k!), introduced me to an amazing and friendly real estate lawyer who didn’t break the bank, and even afterwards he introduced me to his connections to help furnish my new home. He even checks in every now and then to see how things are going. Ahmad isn’t in it for the quick deals and quick money. Ahmad is in it to build those connections and relationships and to ensure that you get the home you’re looking for.
