He was very helpful. We had discussed putting our current house up for sale, so we could be closer to our children and grandchildren. Which we changed our minds due to jobs and travel times. So when a sudden death in our family happened I called Aidan, due to his knowledge and good advice. That he was able to provide for us B4. The thing that I was amazed with is he remembered me and he answered the phone while he was on vacation. He listened to what I had to say took as much time as I needed and offered to help me find a Realtor that deals with all the complications that I had with probate, while on vacation. I felt bad bothering him during his vacation. But not only did he answer his phone while on vacation, when he got back from his vacation he called to check and see if I was able to get someone to help me through the probate precess and make sure that we were going to be okay. In all my years of buying and selling and flipping houses I have never had a realtor as kind and caring as Aidan has been. He went out of his way to insure we were doing okay and we have yet to buy or sell a house with him. He has never rushed me off the phone he always takes his time and listens to what I have to say and actually listens. He gives me great advice and he knows his stuff when it comes to the housing market! He's willing to travel to Denver and all the area in between. He doesn't complain or act as if though your bothering him when you call. If you leave a message he gets back to you in a timely manner. Like I said he was on vacation at a resort and didn't think twice about calling or texting me back. So I have found my new Real Estate agent from now on.
