*Review of Realtor Sandra Koutsopoulos and Broker Aleem Bilwani* I am writing to share my serious concerns regarding the professional conduct of Realtor Sandra Koutsopoulos (DRE# 01301132) and her broker, Mr. Aleem Bilwani (DRE# 00988766). My experience has raised significant ethical and legal issues that I believe warrant attention. First and foremost, I was alarmed to discover that Ms. Koutsopoulos shared sensitive personal information about me with former tenants and squatters. This included confidential details such as court records and eviction information, which is an egregious breach of confidentiality and professional ethics. Moreover, I inadvertently overheard an inappropriate conversation where Ms. Koutsopoulos made disparaging remarks about me. Her comments, which included derogatory terms, were deeply distressing and the alarming reactions from her husband left me feeling threatened, particularly his unsettling suggestion of violent intentions. Due to the severity of these incidents, I felt compelled to file police reports in both California and Nevada, reflecting my concerns for my safety. Given these circumstances, I informed Ms. Koutsopoulos that I no longer wished to continue doing business with her and submitted a formal cancellation of escrow. Despite this, I recently learned that Ms. Koutsopoulos created a form falsely claiming she was still representing me, even after I cancelled escrow weeks prior. Additionally, both she and Mr. Bilwani have refused to remove our listing from the Internet or release us from our contract, obstructing my ability to proceed with my business. This formal complaint has also been lodged with the Department of Real Estate, as I believe it is imperative to address the unprofessional behavior exhibited by both agents. I sincerely hope that my experience prompts a thorough investigation into the actions of Ms. Koutsopoulos and Mr. Bilwani to prevent future clients from enduring similar treatment. - Yvonne Goudeau
