After looking at a number of properties on the computer, we looked a two properties in Dundas. The condo at 23 Main St. was a good fit for me and we put in a preemptive offer. The property was unique in there was a century stone house with multiple outbuildings all possessing character that made this property one of a kind with essentially no comparable on the market. After several months of continuous searching, myself along with my family began to lose faith on me purchasing my first home this year.
