Ally was the best real estate agent I have worked with. This is my 6th house sale. She is knowledgeable about the local market and had excellent advice on prepping and staging. She was very cooperative and collegial and helped us pick a price that was fair and accurately reflected market conditions - we sold in days! She is highly responsive and used her excellent negotiation skills to play hardball with the buyer when needed. She had our listing up very quickly here and in Toronto. She worked as a team and marketed hard - offering two open houses immediately and canvassing our neighbourhood with hundreds of flyers. She is very resourceful, intuitive, creative, and her business background, along with her experience with legal paperwork, made our transaction go very smoothly.
