We purchased our new out-of-town home mid-August 2023. And sold our Lively, ON home end of August 2023! Our present Lively, ON, house was contracted for sale with Remax Realtor, Amanda Pellinen on Tuesday August 29.23. It went on the market on Wednesday, August 30.23. Approximately three hours on the market, the first couple who were just about to leave town for a couple of days, requested a visit with their realtor to view our house, "If they can be a pain in the but and come view it in 20 minutes."
