I’m a school teacher and I’ve known Amanda Pellinen now for 4 years as I taught/and continue to teach her 2 children music at Lively District Secondary School. We went into our transaction having already chosen a mortgage lender, and insurance company. The house we were interested in was too far for repeat trips. We contacted Amanda, and she was available to us on short notice, then when we were interested, she got us a same day house inspection, with a great inspector. She referred us to a mortgage broker who got us a better rate for our mortgage, AND referred us to an insurance broker who got us less expensive insurance. She gave us great advise, on our first time home purchase, at every stage of the transaction. We were in Cuba when the bidding was going on, and she was so responsive, articulate, and supportive during that time.
