About Amber Jenings...
Amber Jenings is the dynamic Owner and Broker of Record of PEAK® Point Real Estate Brokerage in Sauble Beach, Ontario. After earning her Real Estate License in 2007, she began her career with another local company. A young and skilled entrepreneur, she and her wonderful Husband, Jason, purchased their own PEAK® Real Estate Franchise in 2010 and started their new business from scratch. In her first three years in real estate Amber became a leader in sales and since starting their own company, she and Jason have grown the brand into a leading real estate business in Grey Bruce.
In 2020, Amber & Jason will be celebrating their 10th year with their own Business. They are excited to announce that as of March 1st, 2020, PEAK® Point Real Estate Brokerage has opened a 2nd Location in Owen Sound, Ontario. The 2nd Office is located at: 105 – Shane Street, Georgian Bluffs, ON (Springmount Business Park).
Amber’s business excellence has been widely recognized and she is the recipient of numerous awards and nominations.
In 2020, Amber was excited and honoured to be the Top Selling Realtor Member of the Real Estate Board of Grey-Bruce Owen Sound for Residential, Commercial, Land (not including Farms). She sold almost $43 Million in Volume for this year.
Also in 2020, Build Magazine wrote an article on Amber & her Team, and bestowed the honour of: "Best Waterfront Broker for Bruce County".
Top Agent Magazine has featured Amber on the upcoming Cover of their Magazine for March 8th, 2021, as well featured a 6 page feature spread on Amber, Jason & their Team.
In 2019, Amber was proud to be in the Top 50 for Most Referred Agents in Canada, on www.ratemyagent.com.
For 2020, she is now in the Top 10 for the above and extremely excited about this honour!
In 2010 & 2018, Amber was nominated for Business Women of the Year for the Owen Sound area, as well as nominated for RBC’s Canadian Women Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018. Additionally she has been named “Real Estate Professional of the Year ” by World Wide Branding and holds the distinction for being top in sales for the local real estate board for various past categories.
Amber has completed the intensive training program offered by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has received her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation.
She also holds the ABR, SRES and E-Pro Designations.
Her training and talents also extend to staging and design, as she draws on her background in the family business of Interior Design. She is known for consistently going above and beyond for her clients by offering extensive marketing and staging consultations. Jason brings to the table an extensive national marketing background. His videography skills have been enlisted by the Town of Saugeen Shores, for their Tourism Videos. He is an exceptionally talented Drone Photographer, Videographer & Media Specialist.
Amber & Jason were both born & raised in Owen Sound, Ontario. They live in Sauble Beach with their 8 year old daughter, Olivia, and their three dogs. Their combined familiarity with the region, including: Owen Sound, Georgian Bluffs, Sauble Beach, Southampton, Port Elgin, Wiarton, Saugeen Shores, South & North Bruce Peninsula, as well as the surrounding areas, give their Team a competitive edge to get the best results possible for their clients. Amber and Jason are both very involved in the local community. The Jenings donate to and participate extensively in community and charity sponsorships and Amber has participated in many of the local real estate board committees in the past.

We worked with numerous agencies across Ontario in the hopes of finding a property that was ready for renovation (but still habitable), in a prime location, within my wife’s specific requirements, and at a price we can afford - Amber & Cara delivered! As a first time home buyer, I’m very new to the process and timelines. This team responded swiftly (in a kind & patient manner) to every single question we had (big & small) through numerous communication channels (text/call/email). Real Estate timelines are extremely aggressive and there were numerous nuances to our deal but I never felt overwhelmed or anxious when working with them because if I miss an email or don’t know how to respond - they’ll get a hold of me and help me respond. I felt like they held my hand throughout the process and were personally invested in making sure I’m satisfied. They also have a wealth of knowledge of the local area and referred me to so many exceptional vendors (home inspection, lawyers, insurance, etc) that truly transitioned us into the neighborhood. The best part about this team is their sense of hustle, I was rest assured that I picked the best when they secured us the property we wanted at a price within budget, all in the middle of a bidding war. They bent over backwards on numerous occasions to get us showings at times of our choosing, and worked on our file during all hours of the day.
