Andrea was referred to me by a very close and dear friend Andrea had sold my friend’s house within 5 days and my friend’s daughter’s house within a week or two I called Andrea and the next morning she had a whole file ready for me of all the important information she had printed in a booklet of all the sales in the area and other important information for me that I didn’t even know I had to get, her expertise in her input got it right on the market at the right price at the right time and sure enough within 3 days was sold!
