We bought our house from Anthony and initially he acted like a genuine professional person, but ended up being dishonest and unprofessional. He is not a man of his word.
Regarding our house inspection.... he was quite annoyed when we wanted to use an independent inspector, instead of "his handyman". Our inspector found multiple minor (but annoying time consuming) issues that Anthony promised to correct before closing. A professional "deep clean" was also requested on our conditions, as the previous house owner had dogs and my wife is allergic.
Communicating constantly back and forth, Anthony confirmed that all issues were completed. We wanted to visit to review, but Anthony said he wasn't available until the day of closing. When we arrived on the day of closing absolutely no deficiencies had been done. ZERO. The house wasn't even cleaned. We were quite annoyed. My wife suggested we not sign or hold back money until all the jobs were complete. With Anthony promising that he would take care of all the problems before we moved into the house and not wanting to jeopardize the sale, we closed. Then the constant calls and follow up started. Always some excuse. The handyman was sick, busy etc etc. When he did finally arrive, we were already living in the house. He completed a couple of issues, then said that the he was not aware of the list of items and needed more money and disappeared. Another handyman showed up, fixed some more issues, then disappeared. Then another.
Long story short, what Anthony promised, he did not deliver.

Anthony has a wonderful and friendly personality and excellent knowledge of the local real estate market.
He sold our house in Mississauga, ON in mid-2018.
We received very good service during his first visit and all the way until the sale of the house. For this I would rate him 5 stars.
HOWEVER, he disappointed me in a big way. I had asked if he would sponsor the Mississauga Garden Festival, an event that I am involved in and he happily agreed to do so.
Long story short, his $250 cheque bounced. A number of unsuccessful attempts were made at contacting Anthony. Finally, six months later he responded:
“…Apologies for the tardy response, …. With regards to the cheque for the Garden Festival, they unfortunately took way too long to cash the cheque. I don’t have a chequing account and my wife wrote it for me and she lost track waiting for the withdrawal. Please don’t take this as a reflection of not wanting to support a great festival, I will most definitely have my bookkeeper rectify the sponsorship and forward funds in advance for this coming year as well as a sign of good faith….”
A real lame excuse. Mistakes do happen, but to avoid us for six months and then not offer to re-issue the cheque right away is enough for me not to recommend Anthony. It’s now two months after his email and still no cheque.

I've had a very similar experience with Anthony. We bought our house from him and initially he acted like a genuine professional person, but ended up being dishonest and unprofessional. He is not a man of his word.

Addresses & Edit Address
How do addresses work?
Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.
You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.

Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. To correct such problems and present your track record more accurately, we give you the ability to edit the address for all your ratings.
Will addresses be displayed on the rating?
No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.
