Got us to sign exclusivity for her, and then literally right after we signed she told us she was going away for 3 weeks. She left us with a stupid, unhelpful, apathetic realtor. Even calling the woman who she left us with a "realtor" somehow seems wrong. It was a nightmare. We had no help. We seriously considered reporting April to the real estate association. RUN AWAY
