Armin is strong minded at his job and gets things done. He will take care of all the details to ensure you are left with as little trouble as possible. He managed to get my deposit cheque back from the sellers, when the inspection failed. I have been looking to buy a house for a year now, to move in with my partner. The problem was that our budget wasn't very high so we couldn't afford an expensive house. We knew that with the current budget we couldn't expect to find a perfect house. Our friends told us of Armin, and how he helped them find their home. Shortly after, I got in touch with Armin and we explained our current situation. Not only was Armin understanding, but he also knew that even though we couldn't afford the most expensive house, we could still get a good one for a fair price. We took a look at a few houses, and we came across this wonderful 3 bedroom house. We were not considering to have a child within a year or two, but it was nice to know that if we did have one, we could be prepared. Armin knew that, and he found the perfect house and it was at a perfect location. Armin knew what we wanted, even though we didn't know yet. We are very happy with our purchase and feel lucky to be able to have found such a place. - Mario Donato
