Ashley was friendly, she put me at ease the very first time we met to discuss what I was looking for in a home. She is also very knowledgeable, she took the time to listen to my requests ... which were many. We started with me having no preference in the type of home or area etc, to me making a long list of "must haves." She never complained once, I would email her at midnight with possibilities and she would respond before 7am and was able to get appointments anywhere I saw something that I liked. She also provided sound advice on specific areas, I'm new to Winnipeg and needed help navigating where would be safe for me, travel time for work etc. and where would also give me the most bang for my buck. I started feeling bad and apologizing for wasting her time when the viewings didn't meet with my expectations. She never got upset and always reminded me it was a big decision and she was here to work for me. This gave me peace of mind and made the home buying experience a pleasurable one.
