I am leaving this review because of a heartbreaking experience I had with this agent. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a supposed real estate "professional." I was repeatedly yelled off the phone after inquiring about a listing he had for Lease. He used profane language several times and refused to acknowledge, let alone answer, any of my questions. I had simple questions and approached him with a calm and personable demeanor with the hopes of securing a Lease. Atual quickly became harsh and aggressive making me feel extremely confused and mistreated. I did my best to remain as friendly as possible but he continued to curse and yell. I don't know what I did to deserve being treated so terribly but I hope nobody ever has to go through this again. I wish Ataul nothing but the best in the future, however, I hope he learns to open his heart to those who reach out to him with nothing but good intentions. - A Potential Tenant
