Audra Poole

We have worked with our fair share of realtors in the past - and we haven't been particularly keen on the profession based on these experiences. Audra Poole and her partner - Hal Dector - changed that for us. Not only did Audra and Hal drop everything to help when we saw a place listed we'd like to see, or to answer some of our questions, but the knowledge this duo has of their trade is unparalleled. They were open and honest about their feedback on houses we were interested in, they went out of their way to do the research required to determine if the asking price was at a fair market price, and even encouraged us to bid lower than asking when their research determined the asking price was too high. In addition, when we found our new forever home, they were able to negotiate significant reductions on closing value due to their knowledge in the field - which worked to their detriment as realtors get paid commission! It was an unbelievably good experience working with them! They even went out of their way to walk us through what to expect along the way and gave us tips and tricks of things we needed to do leading up to closing. What do they do in their spare time? Continue to research and learn about the ever changing markets and real estate as a whole, and write papers and articles that will further educate the home buyer and seller! Audra is one if the hardest working realtors I have ever come across. She was sending emails, returning phone calls, answering questions, sourcing and forwarding required documents and writing offers during the day, evening and night; weekdays and weekends! She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and wrote three offers for us - all of which were accepted! Not only is she exceptionally professional and good at her job, Audra is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with!
