My only suggestion for the firm itself is to really ramp up the admin/ communication side of things for the time after the offer is accepted & before the lawyer appointment. The in-between time is a stressful limbo for the first timers. A very clear action plan with who calls who and when, and if the buyers are to call the lawyer or not is a great way to reduce the anxiety. As for the realtor side of things, Benji is great. He not only talks the talk, but also walks the walk. With him you know where you stand and you know what to expect. If he says he is going to do something, he does it.
