Betty was our realtor when we bought our house, and she was the consummate professional. We were picky shoppers, we found something wrong with just about every house we saw. But Betty remained cheerful and patient, listening to our complaints and refining our search. She presented us with lots of options, but she never pushed or pressured us. And she found us a property perfect enough even for us. She knows the real estate business inside and out. But more importantly, she appreciates that it’s not just a business. People, including us, can be quite emotional when looking for a house; after all, you’re spending a lot of money on the place where you’ll live. I’ve never worked with someone who understands better how to handle people and make them feel comfortable in a stressful situation. She’s hard-working, honest, knowledgeable, accessible, trustworthy.
