Bill Papaioannou is the ultimate professional and the best agent one could ever want. Selling your home is very personal and, as is often the case for many people, our home is our most valuable asset. Finding a good and reliable real estate agent can be a daunting experience, so we considered several other agents, some advertising themselves as “teams” and offering various guarantees. Bill was a God sent from beginning to end. I was stuck with no realtor with a fast approaching closing date on my new home and needed a quick sell on my existing property. A friend of mine highly recommended I call Bill. He was so pleasant and helpful on our first call. He agreed to meet the next day and took all my stress away! He met with me at my condo on a Sunday, gave me an appraisal and had his photographer in 2 hours later to take amazing pictures! I was worried about the deep cleaning I needed to do as I had no time before it listed the next day. He made a call right then and there to a cleaning couple that came in the next day to do a full clean and some minor repairs. My property was listed as promised Monday afternoon. I would 100% agree with Tom's comments below. We have had the pleasure of working with Bill for a while now as he helped us to find our first house 5 years ago. We were new to the home buying process at that time and Bill went over and above to keep us informed and make us feel comfortable every step of the way. We even had the selling agent write us a letter once the paperwork was completed telling us that it was thanks to our agent that our offer was accepted over a number of others.
