Real estate can be a highly emotionally charged endeavour, so it's my job to ensure you are feeling good & thinking clearly all along the way. My aim is to expand your market knowledge & deliver an unparalleled client experience.
I spend most of my down time at the gym, having dance parties, cooking/eating great food, or outside adventuring with my 2 kids (7 and 14). One of my favourite pastimes is reading and learning new things. I can be found frequently nerding out over neuroscience, the law of attraction, and the emotional scale. If you follow me on social media or work with me in real life, you will certainly get to know some of these principles as I incorporate them into my business. I love to empower others to let go of fear and live their best life and my real estate business has been such a tremendous way of connecting with like minded new people. We chose Caitlyn to sell our beloved home and help us find a home that we loved and she was absolutely the perfect fit. She offered great tips on decluttering and staging our home and it sold the second day on the market! Caitlyn was personable, professional and knowledgeable throughout the arduous process of buying. She had a good sense of the tricky market and always took the time to debrief after viewings and talk us through what our priorities were. She ensured that we got viewings for any houses of interest; sometimes even within an hour of a listing going up. She also wrote up many late night offers with us to accommodate putting our kiddos to bed. We were picky buyers and had a tight timeline with a baby on the way and our house sold. She patiently showed us 3-5 houses a week for several months and we never once felt pressured to buy. A few times when we were feeling desperate and considering houses that we didn’t even like, she pointed out the costly fixes the home needed and was straight up about how bad it was, ha! Caitlyn was knowledgeable about red flags to watch for and supported and guided us through the process of withdrawing our offer on a house when we learned of some significant foundation issues that had not been disclosed. Her integrity and professionalism were especially evident and we truly felt we could trust her. She took the time to get to know us and got a good understanding of what we loved. It helped that she shared our love of beautiful homes. She even sent us listings outside our preferred areas if she knew we’d love the house. With it being a sellers market and houses going quickly we lost out on some houses we loved in bidding wars. We felt like Caitlyn was with us on a wild ride. She shared in our disappointment but also always reassured us that our house was out there and she would help us find it! And she did…. Caitlyn fought hard to get us a home that we loved in a final bidding war with 13 other offers! We would not have gotten it without Caitlyn’s strategy and dedication. - Rebecca

Caitlin saved my house from foreclosure from my greedy ex who never paid nothing since day one for 6 years. I begged my ex for my freedom for 5 years and finally she agreed to get separation papers because there was enough free money in it for her. She still refused to pay her half of a very high mortgage payment that she got increased by refusing to renew. Caitlin was extremely aware of my situation and protected my best interest extremely well.
