In the challenging environment that is real estate in the 2020s, Cameron exemplifies the number one trait I was looking for in a realtor: honesty. My spouse and I really appreciated being guided through the home buying process knowing we could completely trust Cameron’s opinion about each property we viewed and how each one fit (or didn’t fit) our situation. Honesty about the benefits and potential problems with each property. Honesty about budget and unexpected costs that could arise with potential houses. Honesty about the entire house buying process, from before our pre-approval until after we closed, knowing that Cameron genuinely put our interests before all else. The entire process was a long one, and Cameron was as enthusiastic when we were viewing our 30th house as he was at the 1st. We certainly weren’t. Real estate in the 2020s is exhausting, and often demoralizing as first time buyers, it was a huge relief for us knowing we had a tireless advocate on our side.
