I just bought my first home with Cari. She was referred to me by the manager of a restaurant that we were out for dinner at and I am so glad I called her! Should be more agents like Cari! She KNOWS the market extensively and is an expert negotiator. (We sold for tens of $$$ over list price, got the highest price in the area and we bought for well under asking.) Cari and her team with her daughters took excellent care of us from start to finish.
