In short, Che is a PHENOMENAL realtor. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Che is a total professional, is detail oriented and knows the market inside out. His responsiveness combined with a courteous, no pressure approach was greatly appreciated. I hired Che to help me find a starter home for my daughter after having had a terrible experience with a previous agent (with whom we quickly decided to part ways due to some questionable business practices). This previous agent kept insisting that we wouldn't be able to find much in our price range. The vast majority of the listings she did send us either did not match our general specifications or were not in the areas that we desired (I suspect she only steered us toward listings which benefitted her more). Regardless, those listings did not meet our needs. In total contrast, literally within an hour of hiring Che, he sent us numerous listings which more or less matched exactly what we were looking for! To say that Che works at a fast pace would be an understatement. My communications with him (texts, emails, phone calls), even after normal business hours and on weekends, were always returned promptly (usually with his trademark customary reply of "I'm on it"). As they say, actions speak louder than words. He went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter's unusual work hours when scheduling viewings (which he would always setup very quickly since he knows the early bird gets the worm). Che kept us apprised at all times, guiding us throughout the entire process from start to finish with excellent advice and tips, making the whole experience fun and stress-free.
