It was an absolute pleasure working with Che. He was always fast to respond, very knowledgeable and professional. We bought our first home in Montréal and had no idea how things are done and what to look out for, but with Che by our side we felt like we were in safe hands. He guided us step by step, gave his honest opinion about condos we visited and topped it with estimates on how much changes to a place would cost so we could get a better idea (f.x. changing flooring, taking down a wall, exchanging kitchen counter tops). We had a very difficult purchase process which lasted over a year due to it being a new construction. But Che was incredibly helpful during the entire ordeal.
