I learned about Chris through a Facebook group. Chris is very good at developing contacts and relationships in the community which was very important to me. I was comfortable with Chris immediately after one email before I even met him. He is calm, honest and down to earth. I really appreciated that I felt no pressure at all from him. He totally understood when I did not want to offer on houses he showed me. He even discouraged me from buying a house I was excited about for the wrong reasons. I really appreciate how he did that so honestly. BECAUSE then we found my house. I really am very happy with my house. I am quite pleased I was able to find my house in the brutal sellers market that it was. It was very tough and Chris kept positive which helped me remain hopeful. He is a great negotiator.
