What brought us to Cindy was the value she and her team bring to the process. When she said "full service provider" she meant it! We needed the flooring replaced in the basement among a few other cosmetic updates and her team was at work within a day. The staging and photos were done immediately after the work was complete (seamless execution). The "value" part, mention above, was that ALL the pre-sale service is part of the commission. Cindy and her team are amazing! No other word for it. Absolutely outstanding. Our situation was especially challenging in that we were selling, from afar, the house for an elderly family member who was not well and who had resided in the house for over 50 years. As we lived in another city a good one and a half hours away we could only make the trip to sort, clear and pack once a week. But Cindy transformed what was for us an overwhelming situation, both emotionally and logistically, into a manageable step-wise process.
