Colin recently sold our home and honestly, we were Incredibly impressed with the results and service received. He provided us with current market conditions, CMAs and analysis on current conditions, sale price, etc. This gave us peace of mind knowing the state of the market and what was going on at the time. Overall experience, I can confidently say we were being thoroughly taken care-of. I’ve dealt with realtors before and am familiar with the theatrics and false promises.
