Dale Sheppard is a skilled realtor who is highly dedicated to his clients and chosen career. Born and raised in Victoria, Dale began his real estate career in the lower mainland in 1991 after graduating from the University of Victoria with a degree in Economics. After building a successful real estate career in the Fraser Valley, Dale moved back home in 1997, where he has continued to excel in the residential real estate industry throughout Greater Victoria and the Westshore ever since. Dale also obtained his Commercial real estate credentials in 2001 and is well versed in all aspects of commercial property transactions. Dale is a grateful contributor to various charities, including the Children’s Miracle Network, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and the BC Cancer Foundation. Dale currently lives in the Greater Victoria family neighbourhood of View Royal. Dale balances his work with spending quality time with his wife, Kim, their 3 grown children and their families. In 2017, Dale proudly became a grandfather for the first time! He also loves his special little Dachshund named Louie. Dale is also a musician who enjoys honing his skills as a guitarist and jamming with friends and fellow musicians. When he is not selling houses, or playing guitar, you will find Dale enjoying time with his wife and family, or playing hockey, golfing, sorting through his vinyl record collection or out on the galloping goose trail taking Louie for a walk.
