Darlene Strang the buyer for a home we purchased. She was non responsive & extremely rude to our agent. She caused a lot on unnecessary stress during the purchase process - totally unprofessional. I would never recommend any real estate negotiation with her. It is agents like her that give realtors a bad name. - Anonymous

I called her up to ask about properties in Edmonton. She did not give much information about the areas that would be suitable to buy. I asked her to send me listings but she never did. That was the end of my interaction with her. Terrible agent - Anonymous

Something went wrong with every showing. There were people in my bed, my records of financial transactions disappeared once, and she would give me maybe 2-3 hours notice before showings. She is completely useless.
