This guy is THE ABSOLUTE WORST realtor imaginable and a truly HORRIBLE person!!! He was all nice and friendly upfront, like a typical used car salesman, but soon after signing the contract to sell my home with them, he turned into a mentally unstable, irrational, and abusive person. He literally threw a huge tantrum over HIS misunderstanding, screaming at me and throwing insults, telling me how the sale of my home is a pathetic profit for him and not even worth his time, that he sells far more expensive homes that are more deserving of his time. He also posted an extremely inappropriate picture of my home in the listing and other ads and refused to remove it, and even tried to blame me for it, as if that could even be possible since the pics were so-called “professionally” done. His assistant Elliot is almost as horrible. After stating that I would no longer speak to Dave during the sale of my home, Elliot took over and repeatedly made derogatory comments towards me, and making passive aggressive remarks to imply that I was stupid. And even worse, Dave continued to send abusive texts to me. Then, to top it all off, after my home sale was over and I had moved to a different state, I was continually harassed by being sent monthly magazines to my new address with Dave’s disturbingly huge face picture on it for several months, even after repeatedly demanding to be taken off the mailing list. If I hadn’t wanted to just move on with my life so much and be done with these horrible people and this nightmare of an experience, I should’ve filed a harassment lawsuit. I might even still consider doing so. If you value your self respect and being treated with human decency, then I can’t state strongly enough — stay as far away from Dave Shuster and his assistant Elliot as possible!!! - Carinda Xavelli
