My working relationship goes back to 2017 when i was attempting to sell my home privately. He made suggestions that had a positive impact on results. For example when buying he negotiated with the agent and saved us money after a inspection. When selling he made suggestions on the "how" to the sell more effectively, reviewing conditions of our home and how to "maximize" value in order to penetrate the local market with a "competitive edge" In addition Dave offers a "unique" partnership with his Father ( Mike Estephan ) who has served the industry for over 20 yrs. Overall the house buying experience was a long journey. I was secondary buyer and felt the primary got the full service experience. Therefore I only gave 3 stars to the services I had no interaction with. I was using a different website and felt that I was catching more houses to view than being given. Admittedly this job was difficult dealing with 2 buyers with different agendas, he did quite well bouncing between the two of us. I would recommend his services in the future. - Smith

The key to have a successful home purchase is having an agent that is knowledgeable and understands your needs. Our experience with David was great as he went above and beyond and worked professionally during the pandemic while practicing sociable distancing. He was very patient during the search and showing process especially around our kids. David worked with us on a backup offer strategy that worked well and we were able to buy our dream house at the right time, perfect location, desired amenities, and the outstanding deal. With his recommendations we dealt with the best person to complete the financing( Mike) and Law matters in a timely manner, so closing was a breeze. Mike also was very helpful and patient enough to sit with us few times to ensure we properly understand all the Mortgage details and was always open for questions.
