We met Derek when we went to see one of his listings for sale. We had been to see several homes, always just calling the listing agent to show us the house. He was the only realtor that actually took the time ask us questions about what we were looking for and get our contact information. He includes cleaners to give your house that extra little sparkle. Most importantly he walks through your house with a stager to give you that outsider's view of your home. The stager moves things (that you ALREADY have) around your home to create better flow and gives various tips. I feel this gave us an edge over other properties.
