Over the past 6 years, Devin has been my realtor, beginning in 2012 when I purchased my condo. When I moved out of the country in 2014, he helped me to lease my unit, and I have gone back to him each time I needed a new tenant. Most recently, he helped me to sell my condo at a significant profit after the asking price was bid up and I received multiple offers. This wouldn't have been possible without his hard work in marketing the condo and his dedication to helping me close the deal. Unresponsive, forgetful, always neglected to follow up, not helpful. Would cancel showings last minute. Inexperienced and wasn't familiar with the buying process. Didn't advise me that the final inspection would be for confirming that there were no damages between the time of the signing of my purchase agreement to the closing date. As a result, I didn't take a detailed look at the premises before making an offer because he didn't advise me to do so. I would have to constantly remind him and prod him to get things done. Had promised that he would see me through the process because it was my first time buying, but after closing, didn't hear from him. Once he had safely earned his commission, he didn't follow up on the things that required fixing in my condo. Didn't follow up to say thank you, or even send a card or a small housewarming gift. I had initially recommended him to a friend who was looking to rent but he was late for the appointment and didn't follow up afterwards. Won't make the mistake of recommending him again.
