Townhome Transaction in Barrhaven Half Moon Bay, Nepean | Mar 2024

I’m pleased to share my excellent experience with D K Shukla, who helped us rent a property in Ottawa. We wanted the house specifically in Barrhaven and there were not many options around. Most of them were newly built ones, but he was able to get us a really good deal for a brand new home in great condition. The owner was located in Alberta and still the whole process was very smooth and transparent. I was really impressed with his communication skills and professionalism. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and different amenities around, which we found to be quite true after living here. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a top-notch realtor who combines expertise with a friendly, client-focused approach. - Ashutoshkumar Choubey
