Dylan over priced my home He did not show us comparable listings to help with pricing Dylan did not want to put a sign out Dylan said open houses r a waste of time and don't sell homes Dylan advised us to go in firm on a home we wanted to buy with a 3 months closing date as he was confident we would sell in time ( I had zero idea the market was extremly difficult . He advised we offer full price My house for one offer at 60 k less than asking I refused because he priced it much higher and I needed 15 k more to avoid cmhc fees After I declined the offer Dylan texted " will be hard to get 15 k more than they offered Although he priced it 60 k higher??? So I should have taken the offer? No action on the house was happening Dylan told me he was getting nervous as closing was approaching on the new house He told me they will likely give us our deposit back and won't sue us Told me the house was vacant and an estate sale so they will extend closing That was a lie some one lives there and bought a house so was depending on us to sell on time Dylan talked so much and continuously complained a out being so busy with five kids and stressed He did not care if I didn't sell and the consequences are serious I would lose my deposit and of course I would be sued and it would be catastrophic I fired Dylan and he was offended and defensive as usual I hired someone new and she got the home sold just in time and eased my stressed immediately Worst thing I've been through in a very long time I was panicking and scared for 2.5 months nit feeling confident in him to make this sale happen I even had renovations done hoping it would help the sale Dylan cost me a lot of money and stress I was in a very low spot during this time Dylan talks as if he knows it all and will go into detail about completely meaningless things and unrelated Difficult to speak with Not a listener Talks to you like it's your first rodeo and you r a clueless person I have plenty of experience in selling and buying I just didn't realize the market was so bad Certainly would not have gone in firm on a house without having mine sold Dylan still represented us with the home we purchased and went out of his way to make the last part difficult for us even venting to my son with his defensiveness excuses trying to blame me for the way things went So unprofessional Never had such an awful experience - Jennifer Durham
