We started looking for a home mid summer 2020, we quickly realized we wanted a newer home. Eventually settling on the idea of a new build entirely. The initial real estate agent we were with told us it wasn’t doable given our budget for a single family home. We were recommended to Eddie by my partners manager after our first agent hadn’t done anything with us, meetings etc. The initial meeting with Eddie was fantastic, he’s incredibly polite and professional. The entire experience has felt like a family friend the whole time, as if we’ve known him for years. Eddies experience with new home sales prior had shown us that what we wanted was achievable within our budget. We quickly met with a builder and began to look at show homes, Eddie provided phenomenal insight into features of a house that would be beneficial, as well as ones that wouldn’t be very useful. Eddie kept a very close eye to the fine details and things that would effect resale value as well as what we wanted in the house. At every meeting with the builder Eddie made sure to ask questions that many buyers may miss or not consider, going into depth about each topic while also explaining to us everything we needed to know without it being information overload. Small things like positions of thermostats, plugins and positions of lights or windows was all taken into account. As a first time home buyer I never would have thought about these things. He negotiated with the builder and really worked to our needs. I have already recommended Eddie to my family and will without a doubt recommend him to anyone looking for a property. The sheer knowledge, expertise and professionalism coupled with no pressure and friendliness means Eddie will be my go to for anything real estate, for friends or family, or whether we’re selling or buying again. My partner and I are extremely satisfied with Eddie and this adventure of buying our first home. Eddie will no doubt remain a life long friend. I can’t give more than 5 stars otherwise I would.
