My wife and I called Eli, the listing agent, from her sale signage. We were looking at another house at the same street to rent and thought we can buy the next door house with almost the same mortgage monthly payment as rent payments. As soon as she realized that our initial intention was renting a house she did not take us seriously and started ignoring us and giving us non professional attitudes. There is no written proof to share. But all is honest to goodness. Of course, she would claim our review as a fake or spam one. - Dave

Wow. This woman is a big time fraud. How she manages to get all the listings is beyond me. Must be the picture which looks nothing like her. Eli Bakhtiari is about 20 years older and 30 pounds heavier than the picture she uses. She is as corrupt as they come. In fact she was featured in an undercover CBC expose where she was doing a double deal to get that sweet comission. Stay away. - Mahmoud

She was very rude and bossy. First she was nice and as soon as we signed the deal she changed and became an stranger. I had 4 months until my closings and whenever I called her she either rejected me or talked to me in a very aggressive meaner. I do not recommend her at all.
