Extremely lazy. Enjoyed bad mouthing the previous owners of one of the houses we looked at. Was rarely at work and almost impossible to get a hold of. - Tom Smith

Only seems to work when she feels like it. Tried to get in contact with her to list and buy a property at the recommendation of a neighbour, but she couldn't be bothered. Ended up listing elsewhere. Clearly "2% realty" is an indication of how much effort they put in - Dave Edwards
