Eric is a wonderful realtor with great expertise, knowledge and insight into both buying and selling homes. He effortlessly guided us through purchasing a new home during a pandemic and extremely competitive market. He provided us with tons of information on properties, great advice for our offers and was extremely fast in responding to all of our questions. We love our new home so much and know that Eric was instrumental in us getting it. He also guided us through selling our home, giving us strong advice on asking price, staging and even having a professional come and take photos. Eric's expertise and knowledge resulted in our house selling quickly and above asking price.
