While the property itself was lovely, the experience was overshadowed by the agent's lack of professionalism. Fatima was uninviting and appeared indifferent to helping visitors. Instead of being helpful, she was critical and impatient with guests, which resulted in a high level of discomfort for everyone touring the home. I would recommend more focus on basic hospitality and engagement with prospective buyers. Fatima’s approach to potential buyers is cold and discourteous. She was visibly impatient, apathetically refused to engage with questions, and was unnecessarily harsh regarding minor scheduling delays. Her unprofessional attitude made for a very poor viewing experience. This lack of warmth made it difficult for families to feel comfortable or properly evaluate the listing. ---- Bien que la propriété soit charmante, l'expérience a été gâchée par le manque de professionnalisme de l'agent immobilier. Fatima était peu accueillante et semblait indifférente à l'aide apportée aux visiteurs. Au lieu d'être serviable, elle se montrait critique et impatiente, ce qui a créé un malaise général lors de la visite. Je recommanderais de privilégier l'hospitalité et l'échange avec les acheteurs potentiels. L'approche de Fatima est froide et discourtoise. Visiblement impatiente, elle a refusé de répondre aux questions et s'est montrée inutilement dure face à de légers retards. Son attitude non professionnelle a rendu la visite très désagréable.
