After interviewing a few agents, we decided to hire Fil for the sale of our property. Fil offered good advice on property values in the area (in a depressed market, and also recommended options for listing and selling. Fil advised us that he would first approach some buyers he knew to attempt to sell the property even prior to listing it on MLS.
