I learned about Peter through a friend who recommended him. Earlier this year we contact him as my mom was looking to downsize and wanted to sell her our and move to an apartment due to her age. We contact him few month prior to list just to understand the process and see if he can offer any advice/suggestions on what we kind of improvements if any we can do to increase the value of the house. He made a few suggestions and as a result we were able to get a better price for the house. From the moment we made the initial contact to the time the sale closed Peter went above and beyond our expectation to help with the sale of the house and answer any questions/concerns my mom had. Her English and understanding of things aren’t the greatest and I remember her contact him day and night as she was thinking of questions. He was always prompt in responding no matter what time of the day it was. We contacted him. Also recall how he print all the papers required as my mom isn’t tech savvy and not comfortable with using e-sign and electronic communications. I was very impressed with the entire transaction, his communication and skills and can’t say enough good things about it.. We had and offer within days and the house sold very quickly.
