Gabriela is an exceptional agent. She helped buy my first home, which was an investment property. She guided me through the whole process and always kept me up-to-date on how the market was doing, and what was available. She found me a great property, but it needed lots work (which was totally fine by me). The property was far too overpriced for the work required and situation. She is an incredible negotiator, and was able to get the price down to below market value even! Several months later and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and guidance through the stressful process. What is typically a long and strenuous process, was made straightforward and stress free thanks to her.
